| RTITB Limited along with Suno Glove,
are running the National Fork Lift truck Operator of the Year
Competition 2008. This will be held at the RTITB's premises
in Telford, Shropshire during the summer.
The prizes are:
- 1st Prize. A Ford Fiesta Zetec
- 2nd Prize. An all inclusive holiday for four
- 3rd Prize. A luxury European City break for two
Entry is free to any operator of a counterbalanced fork
lift truck who:
- Is on the NORS database
- Passed their practical test with 25 or less penalty points
- Scored at least 90% on the theory paper
Competitors will be able to register on
line from 7th April to 9th May and complete the first phase
of the competition which will be an on line hazard perception
and theory test. The top eight entrants in each of five regions
will then go forward to the regional finals to be held in
June. Each regional champion and runner up will compete at
the national grand finals to be held on September 26th at
